- 9.00 am: Meeting at the Santa Clelia winery for membership, delivery of scissors and group composition

- 9.30 am: transfer to the vineyard on foot or by BUS (the transfer on foot consists of a walk of about 30/40 minutes), we will be accompanied by donkeys

- Grape harvest and aperitif in the vineyard with typical local products

- 1.00 pm: return to the cellar for the GREAT HARVEST LUNCH

- In the afternoon party on the farmyard with live music and dancing

- Demonstration and tasting of how "canestrelli" (typical Canavese biscuit) are made

- For children: how wine was once made, pressing with the feet and the possibility of mounting donkeys

- Visit to the winery accompanied by explanation on wine production and guided tastings.
